A burst supply line, an overflowing tub, or a storm surge under the back door doesn't wait for business hours, and neither do we. Our Concho-based teams arrive with truck-mount extractors, moisture meters, and drying gear staged and ready to go.
Too many Concho, OK families have called a big national number only to get bounced through hold music before a random subcontractor shows up hours later, so Hirex Water Damage built its Concho operation differently. Every technician on our Concho roster is a Hirex Water Damage employee, not a gig-app contractor pulled from a random directory.
Each lead tech holds an IICRC Water Restoration Technician certification and has personally handled clean-water, gray-water, and contaminated black-water losses, so Flood Damage Cleanup in Concho isn't a side service we tacked on — it's the reason the company exists. We carry full general liability coverage and are licensed to operate throughout Concho, OK, so you're protected from the moment our truck pulls into the driveway.
Because our equipment lives in a Concho, OK warehouse rather than out of state, we're not waiting on a supply run before we can start extraction.
Ask any Concho property manager who has dealt with a burst supply line at 3am — the difference between a crew that shows up ready and one still loading a truck at the shop is measured in gallons of water soaking into your subfloor. That's the gap Hirex Water Damage was built to close, one Concho call at a time.
The most expensive Concho restoration jobs we run almost never started as a dramatic flood; they started as something small that got put off. Here's what tells us a property needs professional attention rather than a mop and a fan:
Recognizing one of these signs early is the difference between a contained repair and a gutted room, so call our Concho team and get a straight answer on how urgent it is.
Whether it's one bedroom carpet or an entire flooded commercial floor, our Concho crews scale the response to match the loss — nothing gets a cookie-cutter response.
Truck-mounted extraction equipment on every Concho rig pulls high volumes of standing water fast, so drying starts the same day instead of the next. Every extraction job includes moisture mapping so we know exactly which materials are still holding water once the visible flooding is gone.
Our drying plans use moisture meters and thermal imaging to target air movers exactly where hidden moisture is trapped, with daily drying logs so you can see the numbers improving, not just take our word for it.
On the residential side in Concho, we handle the flood-cut, subfloor checks, and content pack-out so your home is ready to rebuild, with clear photo documentation at every stage for your insurance claim.
Concho businesses and property managers get a dedicated project lead, after-hours crews, and equipment scaled to square footage rather than a single-crew response — we know a flooded lobby or a leaking unit above tenants below has to move fast.
When a Concho job involves sewage backup, our team suits up in full PPE, applies EPA-registered antimicrobials, and safely disposes of porous materials that can't be saved.
On top of standard drying, our Concho crews treat affected materials to reduce mold risk and will be upfront if a section needs specialist remediation.
We quote the job before equipment gets plugged in, so there's no surprise line item buried in the final invoice.

Daily moisture checks continue until every affected material reads dry, and you get a complete report at the end.
Every Concho job gets closed based on instrument readings, not a visual check, and we won't call it finished until the numbers say it's finished. If a callback shows lingering moisture within 30 days of a completed job, we return and correct it at no additional charge.
We put that guarantee directly on the Concho work order, not just in an ad. If a second visit is ever needed, it comes from the same crew that handled the original job whenever scheduling allows, since they already know the property and the readings we started from.
